Custom Ordering FAQs

How long do custom orders take?

All custom orders have a turn around time of 4-6 weeks. This factors in time allowed to have your chosen print printed onto fabric, shipped to our office and then the order made up. During busy periods this can extend out to 8 weeks. 

We will reach out to notify you if your become delayed at the earliest time possible.

 

Can i cancel my custom order? 

Custom orders can be cancelled, however we do not offer refunds due to nature of fabric being custom ordered in specifically for each order. 

 

I ordered the wrong size, can it be altered? 

We are more than happy to offer alterations on custom makes if the wrong size is ordered. 

Alterations start at $15 per item. Please note this price may increase pending how much more work is needed to alter the item. 
I.e If more fabric needs to be ordered in to complete the alteration 

You will be responsible for all postage fees in order to send the item back for alterations. 

 

How often is fabric ordered? 

We order fabric on the 3rd & 19th of every month. Please note the turn around time starts from these dates.
