Shipping policy

All orders are shipping from our HQ office in Brisbane. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped or is ready for collection. 

Delays may occur during our peak season times.

 

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available to our local residents. 

We are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Please contact us if you need to arrange out of hours collection 

 

Local Delivery: 

Local delivery is available to the following areas:

• Kallangur
• Petrie
• Lawnton
• Dakabin 

Please note delivery days are Mondays & Tuesdays only between 9am - 5pm and incur a $5 fee

We offer $12 flat rate shipping Australia wide

Free shipping is available for all orders over $80 Australia wide.
