All custom makes have a turn around time of 4 - 6 weeks to allow fabric to be ordered in. During busy periods this can extend out to 8 weeks

We do not offer refunds on any cancelations due to the nature of makes being unique, fabric being ordered in and being cut into

Fabric is ordered twice a month, those dates being the 3rd & 19th of each month. Our 4 - 6 week turn around starts from these dates
